You have to enter an order ID with your email for every log-in, meaning you have to maintain a record of each individual order and log-in multiple times if you want to view multiple orders. There’s no way to simply have one log-in for ALL your orders like every other website? Also, they give you a discount code for future orders which you can’t actually enter anywhere during checkout. Same for Black Friday deal codes.

I’m just stressing because I have no news from anyone since 5 days… I wrote an email, sent another picture, explained the problem but nothing is happening and not easy to reach them… I just hope they got the message and they are just in a rush and will contact me back.
