I ordered over a week ago and it said I would get a preview in a “couple days”...have not heard word one from these guys and it looks like they will be missing their delivery dates, and I annoyingly have to call them tomorrow to figure out what’s going on.

The order and post-purchase experience is very user-friendly. They have a “status dashboard” that updates. The problem is how long everything is taking. I ordered Nov 22. Artwork was “supposed to take 2-3 days” but took 10 (and after I contacted customer support). It has been in “sending to printer” status for 4 days. If their popularity overshot their ability to deliver on expectations, just say so! Haven’t yet seen finished product.

No sign of the draft artwork for approval 10 days after order. Very slow communications response (several days) and a failure to confirm whether or not the order will be fulfilled within 4 weeks (ie, before Christmas) and whether I can cancel if not. Pretty unimpressed so far.

I ordered a product on November 22nd, it is now December 6th and I still have not gotten my artwork preview to approve, I have been patient because of the whole COVID situation and the holidays but this is silly, I ordered it that early because I needed it for Christmas for my girlfriend, but I’m guessing that’s not gonna happen, I reached out to customer support and they didn’t really help, they said the artist had to make some adjustments, I feel like if they needed a new picture to work with they should have contacted me, they have my email and my phone number. I’m giving them a couple more days and if I still haven’t gotten my preview I am going to get ahold of someone to refund me my money.

It’s been 8 days since ordering and I have received a half dozen promotional emails but none with an artist mock-up of the painting. Based on shipping Times if I don’t get the mock up so I can approve in the next couple days, it won’t arrive by Christmas.

It has been 8 days and no update from the design team. Also, it is difficult to find how to check on my order's progress on the website. The confirmation email should be clearer instead of being another ad.

I experienced very poor response time to a time-sensitive issue. Once someone contacted me, they were quite helpful, but it took multiple days to hear back.
