I can't leave a review for a product I haven't received. Apparently my order got "lost" in the system and you asked me for the pet photo and theme again. I still haven't received an update or my order. A little communication goes a long way. This is a Christmas gift so it would be nice to know if I'll actually get it.

Wanted to change my photo for a 2nd time and was told it was an extra $10. Beware that the website says unlimited revisions but it's not true.

Worse online shopping experience ever. Strongly suggest you go find someone on etsy to photoshop your work and then go to a store that will take your photoshopped image to put on a pillow/cup/plate etc.
