Cannot wait to give this gift!

The website is pretty easy to navigate, placing my order went smoothly once I had decided what to get. There are only 2 things I would like to see changed. First, I would obviously want to see more models! There's a ton of choices now, but I think Crown and Paw can do better. ;) Second, I think it would be cool to have some sort of "live preview" that helps you crop your picture and put it on the image you chose. It would obviously be a rough draft, but it would give customers a better idea of what the final product looks like before they even make the order.

I have an option for artwork priority and then again shows it when I choose shipping. Makes it unclear whether or not I actually bought it or if I have to pay AGAIN. Unsure. Just payed for the package. Hopefully that was the right call. Otherwise the site is good.

The website was a little choppy. I was using my iPhone and the filters didn’t filter. Other than that everything was great and I’m excited to see and then receive my order.

I love the idea and cannot wait to see my picture. I wish there was a preview section where you could see what it will look like before purchasing. Just in case the costume isn’t what I had expected. So excited to see it, though.

The picture looks great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is for the pricing on the website, I assumed that it was Australian Dollars but only found that out when I paid and saw $30 extra on the total, that the website prices are in US Dollars. Most websites these days ask you for your location and adjust the website accordingly
