Very prolonged processing time and no response from support regarding the delay. Order placed 11/27 and doesn’t look like it will even make it by Christmas.

I saw the notice that orders wouldn’t arrive by Christmas. I also saw an email saying proofs would take 3-5 days. I ordered two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my proof to approve. I sent an email 4-5 days ago and haven’t gotten a response yet. IF I end up getting my order at all I’ll give another review. Meantime I’m waiting for some kind of response. I think Crown and Paw should stop advertising for new business- update the website with real information about how long it might take - and start answering emails. I should have checked the reviews on the BBB website first- Again - if I end up with the canvas I’m hoping I’ll get, I’ll happily give a more positive review How can you ask me to review something I haven’t received yet? The website was easy to use but would not accept the coupon I received. If it had I would give it five stars. I tried multiple times but to no avail.

Haven’t received a preview of what I bought yet. Have not received any updates

I never received a proof of what the finished product would be. I think proofs are a quality control and ensure pride in workmanship
