My sister purchased a gift card with a digital download as a birthday gift. I went to use the gift card, no problems. However, I was unable to use the digital download. My sister contacted customer service and was told to select digital download when I made my order and I would receive it. However, I was charged for the digital download. I contacted customer service if I could get a refund on the digital download since my sister already purchased it as part of the birthday gift card. I was told no. So basically we were charged twice for the digital download. This makes no sense. If it wasn't for this, it would be a five star review.

When checking the tracking on my order it said my order did not exist. I plugged in my order number that I got from a confirmation email. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone but no luck.

I approved and immediately diss approved like minutes later and sent 4 emails saying that after looking at it closer it did it meet my approval and why . It was the mermaid , and I feel it was misleading that the mug showed red wig, beach , and it later shied waist up glamor dress that looks nothing like a mermaid. I quickly gave a replacement

I would not recommend Crown & Paw to anyone. It is impossible to contact anyone there if anything comes up with the order. There is a glitch in the system that doesn't allow for modifications to be made to any product so if you see what you're item is going to look like and it looks terrible, there is nothing you can do about it. As a result, I'm stuck with something that is completely unusable.

I never got my item!! The shipping was canceled by shipper and I never heard from them again
