I have been waiting over 12 days for a review of my item. I have emailed to inquire with no response after 4 days. Not real thrilled with the service so far.

I think the website is great overall. But I think it could be more condensed. What I mean by this is when scrolling through the options, there are many duplicates. I understand that each duplicate listing is for a different product type. I know that I can just scroll through each product type to eliminate duplicates. But I think that all pages should just show one of each picture and then when you click on the picture, have a drop down of all of the product options.

ETA: I did receive my order finally. The item was perfect. Their customer service team also finally responded to all of my emails. I think they were overwhelmed with business this holiday season. I won't order from them again. Raised rating to a 3 for this. Once your order is placed, you are lost. You will not be acknowledged ever again by the company. They have an email address but no customer service. Multiple emails go unanswered (you can look at the comments on their Facebook page to verify that). They continue to do heavy marketing when they can't support the demand they have. Crown & Paw is failing crisis management 101. I'm submitting a claim to BBB as well. I ordered a month ago, and nothing since.

I haven't received any sort of update or tracking number since ordering.

Still waiting on the status of my order. I hope I like it.

It’s been over a week and still no art proof

I placed my order on November 26th, and still have not received a proof. I received an email stating that my proof would be available in 5-6 days and it has now been 22 days and I haven't heard anything. I did order two portraits so expected it might take a little longer, but it's been more than enough time at this point. I emailed customer service twice, still waiting on the second reply. The first reply was on December 10th and this is what they said, "I've checked your order, and our artists are still completing the artwork. It's likely that it has finished one draft, but the in-house team requested some changes to it to improve its detailing. This shouldn't take much longer. I'll let the team know you're asking about this and see if we can speed things up for you." To date, I have not had an update. My status is stuck on "with and artist". I have been patient up to this point because I understand it's close to Christmas but I agree with others that there is a lack of communication and I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam. As most others, I have also ordered this is a Christmas gift and doubt it will arrive on time. UPDATE: I finally received my artwork yesterday in the mail. I have increased my star rating to a 3 and that rating is based on the overall experience. I would however, give the artwork 5 stars! The customer service experience for this company is lacking with there being no phone number to call and delayed email responses. The email responses I received were pretty generic and really did not provide me with any reassurance about if/when I would receive my order. That said, for anybody wondering as I did if this company is a scam... they are not. I did order during the busy season but the timeline was beyond off. It would be helpful if the website gave a more realistic timeline and maybe a suggested order date to get your product before Christmas. All in all, I am very satisfied with the artwork and love the product I received! I would recommend Crown & Paw but caution you to order well in advance if you are purchasing for the holidays.
