No art proof was provided in the 5 to 6 day turnaround promised. I emailed customer support and didn't get a response either.

So far my experience hasn’t been great. I’ve paid, I’ve submitted my pictures etc, back at the end of November. Tomorrow is Dec 8. I’m suppose to get an update with a sample of my works, but have received nothing, and when I click the links on my order number, I get nothing. It’s for my 9 year old son for Xmas and I’m wondering now I’dit actually will arrive on time. I’ve also received a ton of email advertising product, but I would really appreciate if you were more focus on what I have already ordered

You offer the option of getting a blanket with 4 pets. The problem is, and it’s not only with this one, it doesn’t give you the option of uploading 4 photos. I’m sure it is an error on your website, but there isn’t a phone number to contact for help. I’ve been trying to do this for 4 days and I have sent several emails, but unfortunately I have received only one response and it didn’t even address the problem. It has been extremely frustrating.

Have been waiting 6 days for feedback on my feedback, with no feedback. I was half asleep when I sent concerns, not realizing I was replying to the revision at the time. I paid the extra $20 for shipping to have before my husband's birthday on the 21st. It's been pending for 6 days with no response. I tried to email again and clarify my mistake and still no response. I would just like this resolved and here before his birthday.

Unfortunately I am slightly disappointed. I put my order in and it’s been ten days with no sign of my drawing or anything. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and now it’s looking like that won’t happen even though I ordered in November.

I still don’t know what the quality of product is as it’s taken over two weeks for the order to even be shipped. The idea is super cute, and I’m hoping the quality is good, but I wouldn’t recommend if needed by a certain date. I ordered November 20th and on December 7th my tracking page still says “shipping information received”. Crown and Paw emails constantly asking for reviews even though I haven’t received my order yet, so this is all I’ve got!

Final review still pending, but not starting off strong as there is an issue with my order but no one will help or respond and I have already paid for product.... please contact me asap

I was told I would get my artwork to review in 3- 4 days. It has been 13 days and the image has not even been sent to the artist. This is a christmas present ordered a month in advance and at this rate it is unlikely it will he here on time. V. Disappointed.
