no one gets back to you when you ask for revisions

Not sure why you are sending a review before I've even received the product. In any case I've been asked twice to approve the portrait and twice I've replied but have gotten no answer. My fear is that my portrait will turn out to be a photoshopped poster. It would be nice to receive a reply so I can approve and move the process along. I have checked my junk mail folder and nothing has shown up. On a side note, you've sent me a tremendous amount of "promotional" emails, I've already purchased your product, I don't get why you have to spam me.

The picture looks like it is of another dog, not my dog. I am upset bc I got this for my husband for Christmas and now I can’t give it to him. A proof before shipping would have been helpful to avoid this problem. Can you please call me 908-938-0449 to help get this resolved in time for Christmas? Thank you! Molly

I have provided comments but have yet to received the enlarged image to review and have not had a response in almost a week. Also requested a response or a refund and have yet to receive either.

I still haven't gotten help in over 2 weeks now it's getting ridiculous.

none of the pictures I want to use work. I don't want to choose another photo, I want this one specifically so unfortunately I have to cancel my order. trying to get a refund isn't easy whatsoever

Paid for a picture, attached images that were required. 3 days later, i get a message from support saying i didnt include pictures. Not sure how since they are required before paying. Emailed them back with the pictures attached. 3 days later, still havent heard back from them. Sent another email inquiring about it. 2 days later still havent heard. Im going to my bank to cancel tge transaction and get my money back.

They charged me twice and sent me two copies. When I told them they charged me twice for one order, they told me they only have one order on their end and sent me one of the confirmations. They told me to check with my bank. They charged me two different amounts (difference of a couple bucks). Shady business. Would not recommend!
