I love this idea and was hoping to have at least a digital picture to put in a card for Christmas but it's been 14 days and I haven't heard or seen anything, only emails for coupons to purchase more. I am looking forward to th we product just taking longer than told for the initial steps to be completed

Still haven’t got to review for final product. Sure hope this makes it here before Christmas. Weird they would send me an email for a review before the actual product

I have written to you multiple times and have not received any feedback. Christmas is coming up and I spent the night extra money to get my paintings in and I have not heard from you.

Advertised as a Christmas Gift, 3 weeks before Christmas. Shipping is 6 weeks.

The app only gives you the option of choosing male OR female, but not both. I ordered a painting with two dogs and it would only let me input one gender. I have one male and one female. Also, I received a confirmation email with the option to track my order. The only thing that came up on the screen was "Order Status" in big bold letters. It would be nice to have an update. Thank you

It has now been a week. I have paid for expedited processing, and my order has yet to be sent to an artist to be completed. I would love to be able to review after I receive my product, but the organization keeps spamming me with emails to get this done. So out of frustration and frustration alone am I doing this review in hopes that I stop getting emails to do this and only receive emails about my recent purchase

This takes forever to get the preview
