So far not so good... I hope I get another opportunity to leave a better review if Crown and Paw can "up" their customer service and advertisement promises and delivers a quality product! I placed my order, and am now on the 8th day without a "proof" of my product to review. My receipt says to expect a proof within 5-6 days. I touched base with customer service for an update (it's very important I receive the product before Christmas), and I haven't received a response yet. I know December is a really busy time for everyone, but I eagerly await their reply and a quality product within the timeframes promised when I placed the order. I've read too many reviews about poor customer service and horrible turn-around time (after purchasing the product of course). I remain hopeful!

I’m sure you are busy but there is little to no communication on my pictures. They have been sitting for one week waiting for an artist.

My dudes, it has been 8 days since I’ve ordered with you and I have received like five emails from you, none of which actually pertain to my order of which I haven’t heard anything? Just ridiculous? Also I’m reviewing a site I don’t know how well it actually functions again because I placed an order but don’t know where it is in the process but I did get asked twice for a review?

Order submitted over 1 week ago, and status still shows as "Processing". It has not moved to next step of "Submitted to Artist" even though photo submitted was approved. What's the hold up guys?!?!?

I purchased from this company as they were prompt in responding to my initial enquiry however it has now been over a week since I placed my order and I still haven't seen anything - my initial enquiry was to ask how long the process takes, I was advised 2-3 days before being emailed a proof and 5-10 days to be sent out. Hoping I will still recieve this in time for Christmas. Wouldn't have ordered if I'd been told it would take this long.

Your supposed to get a preview of your product 5-6 days after placing your order it's day 7 now and it doesn't even look like it has been sent to an artist yet when i checked my customer dashboard. Haven't got anything from them since i ordered it other than asking me to write a review and a coupon.

Well I placed my order 8 days ago, I haven’t gotten an email to review how the portrait looks so far and well I’m not really sure if you will be sending it before Christmas.

After waiting 2 weeks after placing my order, I still had not even received a preview of the poster. I had to cancel the order as no ETA for the completion was ever provided after 2 requests.
