Was easy to use but never received the 10% off on the final invoice as a first time customer

It was really confusing when you asked me for add ons. First, I have NO idea what most of those ad ons were. Worse, it took me awhile to figure out that I just had to go on without checking anything (I thought you were going to add all those things on unless I stated otherwise). Also, I am curious about a tip. I have never tipped for purchases (except service oriented places). I have no idea how much, or why. Isn't the price of the work in the cost? I'm sorry, but is smacks of begging! I'm sure I must be wrong about that. Further, I wanted to add another pic that Might be better for this as I've never done this before. Hope this helps you.

As I was placing the order, I wasn't clear on how the process worked. I clicked on How It Works after my items were in the cart. I then understood that I would get a preview of the portrait and went back to complete my order. Excited for it to arrive!

I ordered 2 people gifts; the options are amazing can't wait to see them. I got the preview the next day after the purchase to approve the art work and they then shipped the day after that. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I keep getting emails for a review and I haven't received the product yet.

This is my third order and I tried to use the discount code from my second order and it kept saying it was invalid. I was disappointed but I wanted another painting, so I continued without using the code.

Great and easy to navigate

Well, it took me longer than I wanted after I found the picture. Wanted to make sure it was the right one. So went back to other pictures. That is when I had difficulty finding my first choice picture. Of course there may have been a easier way but I'm not that text savvy. Maybe it's my age. I would have liked a catalog number then, I would have gotten right there. Otherwise pretty easy.
