After placing my order end of november, things went quite fast, including the modifications I wanted and communication from thr website was fast and helpful. However once the artwork was ready to be sent to print, nothing. It stayed on that status “sent to print” for weeks. Worried it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas as promised i sent them a couple emails to which i got no answer. BUT THE ARTWORK ARRIVED! Without any tracking number nor any news on the art being posted in the first place. So there’s hope. (Shipped to France)

it's not very customer friendly to send actions for free shipping and a free digital version just after you have placed your order...

Disappointed about the time it took to get the preview. I thought the website said 4-6 days which turned into 3 weeks. I was hoping it would arrive before the holidays if I ordered it in November but that doesn’t seem to be happening.

May be I just did not see it but I would have liked to be able to preview before ordering. JA

Taking longer than I thought!

The product is beautiful. The communication process was not. I did not know when or if the product was coming in time. There has to be a time table for your clients. If it will take a little longer because of what ever reason, then tell them up front. I gave this company a shot despite it's past and don't know if I will use them again. If Crown & Paw wants to get past it's bad rep. from the past, then better communication is a must.
