Placed an order on November 29th, paid for "queue jumping" and was supposed to receive artwork to preview in 5-6 days. It's been 10 days, no artwork to preview, and they don't have a customer service phone number (??) so you can't even call to find out status of order. Have emailed asking for an update, but no response. Delays are understandable, but zero communication and no way to get information is frustrating. Really need to have some idea of whether I will get these Christmas gifts in time to send them out as Christmas gifts! (UPDATE: I wish I'd read all the similar reviews before placing my order. Now wondering if the whole company is just a scam and the "queue jumping" option is a double-scam.)

It has been over a week since the order was placed and there’s been no communication. This was for a Christmas present and should be received on time according to the advertising.

Some friends of mine have ordered from here and had glowing reviews. I understand between holidays and COVID things will be slow, however, it has been more than 10 active business days (excluding American holidays and weekends) since I placed my order and I have not received any information regarding my order. I did finally receive a response after emailing in, however, there wasn’t much of an explanation or estimate as to when my proof would be ready. It has been a couple days since they told me they were still working on it internally. My dashboard shows my art has not been assigned to an artist. While the staff was friendly and polite, I’m disappointed that there was no contact at all for weeks when the site claims 2-3 days for proofing. Had this not been a gift that still requires to be shipped I would not be as concerned. I am willing to give them another chance in the future (perhaps when all this COVID mess is over), however, I cannot give a good review at this time.

Hi I haven't had any correspondence since placing my order over a week ago and worried it may not be ready for Christmas?

I haven’t heard anything from Crown & Paw on my order and it’s been a week since I placed it. I was told in an email they would contact me in a few days after placing my order to review it, but I have not heard anything other than them wanting me to review their service...

It is 6 days after ordering and no progress on my order. This company does a poor job of setting expectations with customers. Had delay issues last time ordered and thought I’d try again.

Keep getting reminders to write a review however, I haven't heard anything from the company about my TWO orders since I ordered....other than they received it. An email has been sent inquiring about my TWO ORDERS and I haven't heard back. Seems to be very slow service and am just hoping this wasn't a scam.

I placed my order on November 27th and here it is December 8th and have yet to receive the preview. I sent an email to customer service and have not got a reply back. Might just cancel this order
