Told me I would receive preview in "a few days" now telling me it wil lbe 10-14 days so this won't likely arrive before christmas

They kept asking me to resend photos and i kept resending them fixing the problem I thought. There was no place on the portal where I was supposed to fix the problem to email a question to a human so I finally gave up.

Website says unlimited revisions but that's not true. No where does it say on their website that you can only change the photo of your dog once. I emailed multiple times asking for tips and advice because my photo looked funny as well as reached out on social media as well, even wrote a comment on their page about it. They removed my negative comment and have ignored me. They took my money but didn't deliver the product that they claim they would. Be careful. I'm disputing with PayPal to have a refund.

Things started out well in ordering from Crown and Paw but after waiting a week with no notifications I went online to check on my order to find and "Order not found" message. When I wrote the company asking about my order I did not receive a response. I would love to change my review to a good one but I haven't heard anything from them other than an email asking for a review.

My experience with crown and paw has been very disappointing I sent a different picture after not approving the first. That picture was not acceptable either so I sent a different picture. And then resent the last picture. After I sent a message saying that it wasn’t the picture I sent and would resend it, I found that I couldn’t resend the image. I haven’t heard back in nearly a week either. I messaged on Instagram and sent an email. The customer service is poor and at this point I would just like a refund.

I ordered my holiday shirt a week ago and have still not been contacted. In the meantime, I am missing holiday events that I purchased it to wear to. Very disappointed

Took me half hour plus after I decided to place order to find product ,upload,and purchase And threw me off site 25 times

I couldn’t apply the HOLIDAY21 code. I thought that was a real disappointment after spending more money on your site.
