The order took much longer than expected and I only received updates about what was happening when I reached out to support, but the product I eventually got was well made and my wife appreciated it.

Really like the concept of this company, and can't review yet on the quality of the artwork. I have not received any communication or updates on the process, even when I paid for expedited artwork. Granted, this might be due to the increase surrounding the holidays.

I never received a preview of the print.

I am happy with the communication from the team, so three stars. But I am not happy with how long this process has taken. I understand things take time but if there was clear information about how long it takes - I could of known to not order it on December 6th expecting it before Christmas. I finally got shipping notification today (December 22nd) and it says to expect 2-3 weeks for shipping. That is also odd since the president of the crown and paw company sent out a guaranteed customer satisfaction email, which said they would ship two days or overnight if they had to in order to meet the high demands before Christmas. Obviously, getting shipping notification on the 22nd, I don’t expect them to make a miracle happen and have it before Christmas but at least have it here sooner than 2-3 weeks. That’s going to be a really late gift. I have seen many other company’s that print dog photos as portraits and some much cheaper but I went with this company because of the good reviews. I definitely wish I would of paid less and prepared myself for known disappointment.

I ordered on the 10th, on your website it says get a preview in a few days. It’s been 12. I haven’t heard anything from your company.

I placed my order 21 days ago and haven't gotten any response for the preview of it yet.

I sent in 2 orders a few days apart. Got to review first order about 7 days later. I am still waiting for 2nd order. It has been 12 days. The email about trying to meet Christmas deadlines was very misleading. 1st order has been shipped. Did indicate it was a gift on checkout. There was no indication who it was from when it as delivered. I do keep getting "how did we do" questionares. Not sure why these keep coming before you even see the product. On the plus, I loved the picture we did see and had delivered as a gift,
