Way too fööking expensive. Cool designs though 👍🏼

First off I am a brand new customer, happily anticipating the arrival of my masterpiece. I was so excited when immediately my chosen portrait was sent to me for review. My dog has dark coloured fur and the portrait and outfit were too dark and I requested another lighter costume. Since then my order seems to be delayed. I did not realize that I should have requested jump the queque. Too late and there was no wiggle room in asking for this after the order had gone in for payment.

I have been waiting for weeks for my project to be worked on. I'm highly concerned that my products won't arrive in time for Christmas--and I've spent over $300 on orders.

Communication has not been good and I never received my proof photo.

Experience of ordering was good. However I am still waiting for my photo to be reviewed by an artist. It is well past the "5-6 days" for the photo to be sent to an artist and so far Crown and Paw has not gotten back to me when I reached out inquiring about the wait. I was worried that this may happen given other reviews.

I ordered my picture 8 days ago and still haven’t even seen a proof/preview...

I was meant to get a preview picture within 5-6 days of purchase just to see if I'm happy with it.it's now been 10 days and I still haven't had an email back also I emailed them yesterday just asking how the work was getting on and no reply, I understand it's the Christmas period so they are probably busy but it would be nice just to be kept in the loop with what's going on.

Don’t quote turn around times when they’re then double what you say they are. Happened the first time and now again.
