Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Not as good as most competitors. In a market that deals with product specialization, quality is everything. The final product does not live up to the standard set by competitors, plus there are many cheaper options available. This company gets you in by allocating more money to advertising and Google Ads so that they get the top spot. Dont make the same mistake i did and buy at first sight, the quality is no where near the price. I couldve honestly done a better job myself

i am not able to use the links to track my order or use the "dashboard" with the order number i was emailed...

I placed an order, and payment was processed. I tried to log in to check on the order and was informed that the order does not exist. I have not recieved any follow up email since placing the order stating there was a problem with my order. I have contacted customer support with the order confirmation email attached. Waiting for a response. However, I do receive all of the marketing emails...

They canceled my order and still charged me. I emailed tech support to inquire about what to do and support sent me to an empty website.

You have asked for a review before yiu have even completed my order You so far have sent two previews - both the same with no changes made as requested There is a two or three day delay between each preview making this a very long process & delaying my gift You are taking your time in processing my order yet can find time to send me endless marketing emails.

My 72 hr review window happened over Thanksgiving wknd and I missed it. The portrait proof is awful, the head is small with a lot of background space I don’t have with other two portraits. I contacted Crown & Paw and customer support said they will not make any changes. I’m expecting a poor quality portrait based on the proof.

I ordered a canvas photo and it was sent for me to review. I said I was not satisfied with it because of the bad photoshopping on my dog's neck. I wrote my response, and nobody got back to me. After sending a couple more emails, I finally received a response. They told me to update. When I tried to update, it seems like my picture is being processed and I can no longer update. Waiting for a response to my last email.

I ordered two holiday sweatshirts for my husband and I. The quality was terrible. The shirts are made of some sort of shiny material with no stretch. The sizing runs 2-3 sizes too small. The neck and waist holes are ridiculously small. Yo can’t even get them on! I wish that I could post the pictures, so that you could get a good laugh. I have always been happy with my purchases from this company, but no more. This product is an embarrassment and not up to their usual standards. This item is too expensive for the low quality and inaccurate sizing. I tried to contact them 4 times over the course of more than a week. I finally had to get PayPal involved before the company contacted me. FYI- PayPal decided that this is not a significant reason to ask for a refund. What?!? We literally are out almost $140 for two sweat shirts that are unwearable. Nope! Will not be ordering from Crown & Paw again.
