I understood that I was to receive a preview for my order within a few days of placing it. I never received a preview, and I don't have any idea where things stand with my order.

I expected some word back from C&P within a week. The image passed Quality Check right away but I've heard nothing since then

It's been 8 days since I placed my order and the status of my order has said "ready to send to artist" the entire time. I haven't seen a preview of my art or heard anything about my order. The email confirmation said I would see a preview in 5-6 days. Meanwhile I have been flooded with Crown & Paw marketing emails. Very frustrated with my experience this far.

I have not received my print yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the product, but I'm growing pretty frustrated with the delays and lack of communication I've been experiencing. I ordered a portrait as a gift for last week and was told I would receive a print for review in 5-6 days. 9 days later, I have not received a print and the customer dashboard indicates that my picture hasn't even been sent to an artist yet. The support team has so far been unresponsive to my inquiries. I've pretty much given up on having this by Christmas. I understand that with COVID and the holidays there are bound to be snags in a lot of companies' processes, but the least they could do is communicate clearly and manage expectations. It may be a great product, but so far Crown & Paw doesn't seem like a good choice if there's any urgency to your order.

Crown & Paw pushes the customer with multiple emails to review their website before the product is even seen to increase their rating here on Trustpilot. I have sent in two revisions so far and the product doesn't look like the sample on the website. There is no way to receive communication from the artist, you can only submit your revision and if it isn't completed you have no idea why. It takes about 3-4 days between revisions to receive the product back, after an initial two weeks from when you submitted the order. I would probably recommend going with someone on etsy instead as they seem to have torn off more than they can chew. It would be a cute concept if it actually turned out like the samples. Unfortunately that's not the case.

Two stars because initial experience with customer service was excellent. I placed my order on 11/27 and did not receive notification to review my artwork until after I contacted customer service a week later. I ordered a print of my two pits - one has a rather large head and the other is small. First revision was simple - make the smaller dog a little bigger. The artist did exactly what I wanted however, it appeared that the larger dog was manipulated to look smaller/skinner changing the efficacy of his features. More than 10 business days later, I have submitted four revisions and still the artwork is not correct. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband and now I am afraid it will not arrive on time.

I ordered my poster, and was emailed that in a couple days there would be a preview for me to approve. It has been a week and a half and i haven’t gotten a preview, estimated delivery date, or update on the status of my order. I contacted customer service a couple days ago- no reply.

Placed my order and was told that I would get an email in a few days to preview my art. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. My credit card was charged but no product. Not even an update.
