You sent me the wrong canvas and are not replying to my email about when you will send the one I ordered and paid for. Reply to my email and send me my correct canvas please.

Would give 0 stars if there was the option. I am a returning customer this is my 2nd order and our families 3rd order with your company. I placed my order Nov 15th received the confirmation pretty much instantly. It is now Dec 7th and still no proofs or order shows up on your customer dashboard. This was a Christmas present that obviously will not show up in time since you have not even sent proofs yet. As an insult I get atleast 2 emails a day and usually a couple text messages a week telling me about your 30% off sale which started 4 days after my regular priced order was placed. I will be canceling my order today. You have lost a customer for life, although I doubt you will pay that much attention.

Misleading shipping guidelines The website says art previews are available in 1-2 days with shipping in 3-5. After you pay, you receive an email that says you actually won't get a preview for 10-14 days, which means not before the holidays. That's extremely misleading especially with all their site holiday messaging.

Was really excited when I ordered but couldn’t be more disappointed. My order was supposed to be delivered days ago at the latest and it still hasn’t even printed. There has been zero communication about the delay or current status. Will never order from here again.

I was very disappointed that once I added a coupon to my cart they made me go back and pay for shipping. Quite an infuriating bait and switch.

I have heard nothing since placing my order! I emailed….no response. I am actually worried this is a scam. I hope not as there are two Christmas gifts involved.

Ordered a picture with a costume. They pasted and chopped haphazardly I requested a revision, twice, no one ever revised anything. They kept sending the same picture after two requests, Cancelled order, Was told a $10 fee for cancelling.

They took £87.33 from my account and ghosted! No communication from them whatsoever. No order confirmation, no images for me to approve, no response to my emails. Yet I am receiving emails asking me to review their service! I have had to report the charge as fraudulent with my bank to get my money back. A disgusting excuse for customer service.
