Placed an order on 12/8 as a Christmas gift and even paid the extra to jump in the queue for shipping to ensure a Christmas delivery. My order has been stuck in the "waiting for artist to send artwork" phase, with nothing for me to approve. We paid almost $90 for this gift and have not heard a word from the company about the status. I've sent two messages asking for an update and have received nothing. As it turns out, there are a ton of other angry customers this time of year both on Trust Pilot and BBB websites. UPDATE: 1/7/21 The order was delivered on 1/4. Customer service reached out a couple days prior to delivery and said they would refund me the $10 for faster delivery, since it was delivered late. The quality of the print was good and the person we bought it for really liked it. I definitely wouldn't shop with Crown and Paw again. The process was slow and frustrating.

I’m excited for the product however it’s been more than 10days and I haven’t gotten a preview yet. Additionally I’ve gotten two emails to rate them which I didn’t want to do until I got the painting but they keep sending survey emails

Thank you for your hard work and understanding, as I made changes. I had a VERY difficult time with the technology to make my decision and order placement based on your process. I wish I could have had a live person to guide me. Honestly.

Ordering was easy however was promised a preview within 10 days. When I tracked my order at the 10 day mark it has not even been sent to the artist. Was hoping to have a print out of the preview to give as the gift for Christmas. Emailed about this 2 days ago and have not heard back. Very disappointed.

Was asked to leave a review. Purchased a product but haven’t seen anything of it yet or been communicated with regarding my purchase.

I am still waiting to see the mock up. It’s been 9 days since I placed my order and I haven’t gotten any updates.

I placed my order on 12/13, received an email within 24 hours that I should expect a preview within 9-10 days. My order is still currently sitting in “sending to artist” phase. Sent an email 12/22 with my concern and still no response after 36 hours. Either no one is working in their customer service department this time of year or they are so backlogged with orders it’s going to take 2-3weeks longer than expected, and to even get a response. I was hoping to at least have a preview to show my mom since her dog recently died but unfortunately that is not going to happen for Christmas unless there is some sort of Miracle out there.... Edit: after reaching out it took about a week to receive a response. The response from customer service was apologetic and understanding. The process of the canvas did seem to speed up a bit after contact. I did finally receive a preview and it looks great , just waiting on the finished product.

I understand it’s close to Christmas and you all are probably working very hard on orders. It did state two to four weeks on the website but after I completed my order it said it would be 10 days to receive a preview or an email to let me know if the photo would work and have not had anything come back. I’m sure it will be fine but I don’t see this as coming in 2 weeks if i haven’t received a confirmation that the photo is even good enough to use two days before Christmas. Definitely time to be proven wrong and will update my review if there is progress or an update soon. Thanks
