Thus far the experience has been disappointing. I was supposed to receive my art proof by yesterday but I still haven’t. I sent an email requesting a status update but no response yet. I’m worried now that I won’t receive my order by Christmas.

Lots to choose from !!! The only thing is I would like to see how the pic I chose looks on the background I chose before ordering..otherwise . Great site easy to use Update 12.26.2020: tried multiple times over the weeks since I ordered to reach for an update on processing and have not received ANY response at all! Website notes 24 to 48 hr turn around on responses, well I have left 3 inquires since 12/15 and NOTHING.. NOT ONE RESPONSE . This CHRISTMAS PRESENT has been paid for and yet no product .. according to the website my order has not been sent to the "artist" as yet . Very disappointing customer service. I will post an update once the product is received. Hoping it is received or i will be lodging complaints with every business bureau possible. Trying to give them a chance but when they are not responding to any customer service questions it becomes difficult to trust this site is legit

There should be an option to upload a few photos for reference. The biggest reason for my dissatisfaction is that I was given a 10% off discount code but that eliminated the free shipping which made it the exact same price as it would be without the discount. Just a total scam. So gross.

Took several emails with different people to get everything straightened out since December 4th. Just received an invoice today for remaining balance. Long response time. I was sent an email by corporate that it would arrive by Christmas & now sent an email that it won’t. I understand these times are crazy now. Looking forward to getting my digital image to view. I’m sure I will love it & be able to give an excellent rating when I receive my wall canvas! Happy Holidays!

The photo was poorly photoshopped onto the background. There was no editing to make sure the photo and background chosen were cohesive and of the same clarity. It was not worth the $50. Would not recommend.

Website is great and easy to understand, but man you are slowwww. I totally get you were bombarded with orders on Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but update your processing time to reflect that. I was promised my artist sketch within 4-5 days. I purchased my canvass 12 days ago and still nothing...
