I reached out days ago to see if you all could help me with previewing and selecting the best picture that would fit the image. You responding saying yes you were willing to look at them. But after i sent them i got no response even after i contacted for a follow up. So now i missed the date to ship to have it before christmas which sucks

Still haven't gotten my order I placed on black Friday. No one is offering me a solution.

I ended up having to search for gift cards because it wasn't easily locatable in the menu options. I am not a fan of the gift card increments available for purchase. Why does it jump from $100 to $250?

Website was easy and clear. I was very put off when they asked me if I wanted to pay $10 bucks to cut the line (that's fine...time is money), but after I declined it, they immediately said, OK well, how about you give us $7.50 and you can still cut the line. Made me feel icky.

I expected to receive my order number via email but I did not receive this. If there is an issue with your order they ask you to log in to address the issue, but in order to log in you must have the order number. If I cannot log in, I cannot address the issue and my order is delayed. This could have all been avoided had the order number been provided.

I would like a way to get through the possible poses faster. I would like a preview (even a draft version) to see if the picture I chose works for the pose.

I had lots of trouble using this site to complete my order correctly.

I like the shopping functionality but “my account” could add more functions like past orders, saving credit card, updating shipping addresses etc.
