Misleading review process!
I ordered four canvases and the ‘Review Your Artwork’ process was quite frustrating. The artist(s) would not show me the exact images to be printed for 3 of my 4 pets… yet wanted my approval to print. My drafts were very zoomed out (space around the animals and visible arms/waists on a few, which I didn’t like). I provided the same feedback on all of them - that I wanted the image zoomed in with shoulders touching the left and right sides of the canvases. The artist(s) responded with a message that they would zoom in before printing, however, made no changes to my draft. I replied that it’s difficult to approve something for print when you can’t see the actual image and politely asked to SEE my requested edits… but, again, I only received a message that they would zoom in before print. I was left with no choice but to approve the artwork without seeing my exact images first. When they were delivered to my home… only 3 of the 4 were zoomed in like I requested. They printed my least favorite draft (with visible waist and arms). This is really frustrating given the investment and that the company prides themselves on unlimited edits to ensure customer satisfaction. Perhaps I’m wrong, but I assume most customers want to SEE their exact image(s) prior to approving for print. I saved my screenshots of my draft images with the artist(s) response: “Customer wants to zoom in the artwork, The empty spaces around the edges of the design will not be visible on the front of the product once printed. Please note that the pet artwork will not look zoomed out like what is in the preview. The empty spaces are included in the digital design in order for our team to be able to adjust the position, zoom in and scale the design properly in the printing process.” Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to trust this process as an unsatisfactory image was printed and delivered to my home.
