I was sent an email asking to leave a review. However I haven't seen any previews of my purchases even after the 9-10 day waiting period. I at least expected an email telling me there'd be a wait. Understandably so considering it is the holidays.But I don't understand sending me an email asking me to review a product I haven't even seen yet. I don't want to just give you 1 star though. I just didn't appreciate how soon I was asked to rate your product. On top of that I was reminded to leave a review a few days after the first email.

Placed order 11-28, got artwork for approval 12/19, finally shipped on 12/23, received 12/28. Original order said 5-6 days for artwork approval. Product is nice quality otherwise.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and still have not received the art approval. I also payed for the “skip the line” extra cost but still have gotten nowhere. I’m a little frustrated in the timeline that I was told, especially since this was a Christmas gift and Christmas has come and gone.

The email confirmation when I ordered indicated a preview would be ready for my review in 9-10 days; it’s been 15 days and I haven’t heard anything. I hope the product is worthy of the wait.

The order has been in a state of Ready to Send to Artist for 2 weeks, which is past 9-10 day timeframe communicated. If there is a holiday surge, setting the expectation for a longer wait time would be best, but acknowledging the delay/providing an updated time estimate would be better than receiving no update at all.

Taking longer than you said it would. Was supposed to get preview in 9-10 days and still haven’t gotten after 12 days.

I'm being asked to review before I even see the preview of my painting......

After placing my order, all of the communication that I have received is spam. I have yet to receive my proof, or anything “personal”. I was at least hoping to have a “proof” email to print and SHOW him (knowing that the real ones are coming). But alas, I have heard NOTHING. I hope this actually works, and at some point get the two canvas’ I ordered.
