Absolutely terrible, non existent customer service. Gave them a 2nd chance after a bad experience last Christmas…never again.

I made an order on Dec 1st but haven't received any updates at all. When I enter the order number it says order not found and no one has responded to my email. I ordered it early because I need it by the 20th. Very disappointed.

It allowed me to purchase a product, AND CHARGE ME, without even selecting or uploading a photo. Scam.

The website says artist will review in 1-2 days and ships in US within 3-5 days. The receipt email (after I've ordered and paid!!) says artist will review in 10-14 days and ships in 1-2 weeks. If I would have known about the extended timeline, I would not have ordered!

when checking the status of my order it said it did not exist. You stole my money

I submitted an order on 11/29 and “a few days” later it’s 12/9 and I haven’t heard anything about previewing my order or anything about it, in fact. But you can bet my moneys already been withdrawn! Completely dissatisfied so far! 👎🏻

I was really excited to see my dogs in the goofy photo. Somehow they managed to do a really bad photoshop job and my German Shephard looked more like a Scottish terrier. It was really bad, also our golden retriever was just copy and pasted on the canvas. It seemed super out of place. I was excited to get this for my wife for Christmas but it didn't turn out anything like the templates I saw on their website. I'm going to have to go elsewhere for the Christmas gift unfortunately.

My order was supposed to be in and trying to get a hold of someone has been a nightmare. Not happy about what has happened.
