I was unable to click on the email to order my picture. I kept getting an error when I tried to upload images. It took some time to figure out, but I just went to the site outside of my email, and I was able to upload the pictures. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. Can't wait for my order!

The website is very good and shows all the alternatives. I was offered a 30% for Black Friday and the price on the website is CAD but I was unable to apply the discount and in fact, I purchased the item in USD without a CAD alternative. I look forward to receiving the final results as my Christmas present to my wife who adores our little Pom, Paris. Thanks for making this possible.

Pretty easy site to navigate, but my only complaint and the reason for 4 stars is that there are so many options that you spend a considerable amount of time changing pages, etc.
