The item I purchased was created and shipped without them sending me an image to preview and approve. I have been waiting for a month now for something to show up and the only thing I have received is an email with a tracking number...this company dropped the ball and if the image isn't right, then they'll be getting a return for a refund. I have NO idea of what the item I paid quite a bit of money for will actually even look like. And yes...I have been checking my deleted and spam folders so it didn't fall through the proverbial cracks...it was never sent.

First, I will say that the portrait of my dog is great! If I were rating that alone, I'd give 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can't give more than 3 stars in my review for a couple of reasons. Number one, I placed my order on December 1 and fully expected to receive it by Christmas as it was intended to be a Christmas gift. I didn't receive it until December 31. Number two, I didn't even get a preview to approve until December 20. I approved it right away and it was shipped out on December 23. At this point, Crown&Paw should have offered to expedite the shipping to ensure delivery by Christmas. I placed a completely separate order with a company in the UK who upgraded my shipping at no charge to ensure the gift arrived before Christmas. This is what great customer service looks like. C&P didn't do anything wrong per se, but they didn't do anything to make me a return customer either.

I placed my order on November 25, after I saw an ad on Instagram. I'm sure everyone else did the same. I heard nothing more about my order. I assumed the company had been inundated with orders. I received a general update on December 10, saying orders placed before December 1 would receive their proof in 2-4 days. I checked back regularly and received email notification on December 20 that my proof was ready to approve. I approved the proof, with no changes, on either December 20 or 21. It has been in 'sent to print' status since then. The proof looks great. However, more accurate time frames would be appreciated. This was a Christmas present. I still want it to give it as a present, but it does feel like the company got its boost in income for Christmas and doesn't expect anyone to be a return customer. Update - 4/16/2021 - I was contacted by customer service on 04/09/2021 to let me know that my item was delivered on 01/06/2021. They offered me a free digital download of my print for my inconvenience. They then refunded my shipping fee and requested that I update my review. Again, I was happy with my print but a response from customer service 3+ months later is indicative of the service that I received. They need to communicate better with their customers.

I would say prices are reasonable and the quality is pretty good. I was a bit annoyed that no updates came through my email so I had to keep logging in to see the status of my order. Surely if the status changes then an email should be sent. I get enough emails from you promoting things but none of them are any use.

I expected my items I be here in 5-6 weeks but it hasn’t even shipped yet. I am very disappointed. I bought this for a birthday gift and now it won’t be here

Rating this at 3 stars. Ordered as a Christmas Gift in the first week of December. Now passing New Years and the order is still not completed. (only 1 small revision requested). Promise date was 10 days maximum for preview (took 18 for me for first preview). Promised 2 days for printing (am now on day 24 since initial purchase and dashboard still shows as print pending). Seems like my order is only pushed along after I contact customer support. I feel I am being generous with 3 star rating because I am taking the 2020 Covid impacts and holiday timeframe into account, but still expected better service. In short, support experience is average. End product looks promising in the artwork preview. I caution anyone to place orders 2 months in advance to any expected receive date as their "promised" timeframes are no where near the timelines I am experiencing. I may try a purchase in the future but will not be purchasing this with the expectation of receiving it in a timely manner.

Very slow process. I understand during the holidays there is an increase of demand but it’s almost a month since I ordered and nowhere near of getting my order. Have I known it would take so long would not have ordered. I really hope the quality is amazing given all the time I’ve waited.

Product seems like it’s going to be great. But the wait time is nothing like it was advertised. I had to wait almost 3 weeks before I finally got a chance to review what the artwork would look like. I even wrote an email checking in on the status of my order and the response back to that email was about a week. And the response was simply a “so sorry for the delay... you’ll get a tracking number in the next few days.” I wish I had been told upfront a more honest timeline.
