I'm being asked for a review before I've seen my draft, and certainly before I've received the product. What would like me to review? The ordering process? The multiple marketing emails I've received since placing my order? Timing is everything when asking for a refferal or recommendation. I suggest you hold off until the customer completes the buying cycle.

You should be more clear about how long it take. I uploaded my picture the 7th and still not sent to the artist. I think you are wasting your time and my money. Hope it will be more then perfect.

I ordered 2 digital images of my cat back in November. Spent 10 days waiting for a preview and then another month for a final result which wasn't good. Here's a timeline of what happened. November, 7: placed the order, sent them RAW photos of my cat taken with my DSLR. Nov. 8: they didn't know what the RAW format is, which was alarming for a graphic design company, so I converted them to JPG and sent those back. Nov. 18: got back preview of both photos. Requested a correction for one of those, provided a rough sketch of what I had in mind. Their response explicitly stated that I can request unlimited number of corrections. Dec. 2: Sent them a follow up, inquiring what's going on with my order and when it's going to be ready. Dec. 4: Received a canned response of "We're sorry, etc., etc." Dec. 9: Received a preview of a correction. They almost entirely ignored my instructions and pretty much just rearranged the image a little bit. At this point I relented and decided not to waste my time anymore. Told them to give me hi-res images. Dec. 12: Received a couple e-mails with broken images that were broken and wouldn't open. Replied. Dec. 15: Finally got working links and downloaded both images. I understand that digital images are only $10 a piece on Crown and Paw, but generally one hopes to get two out of three on the triangle of Price-Quality-Speed, not just one.

Put in my 10% off code it never went through. Still haven't heard anything about the preview. So far so bad.

I can only comment on the ordering portion. I still have not heard back from customer service regarding an issue that I had with uploading a photo.

Still awaiting art approval. I placed an order for (4) mugs after Thanksgiving as Holiday gifts. It has been 3 weeks and no one had sent me art work yet. I am not confident I will eceive these gifts by Christmas. Not only do I want a refund. I have to find another gift which is really disappointing. I hope that you can rush them to me now.

I ordered Dec 4th, was supposed to have a proof to review within 4-6 days. Still have not received a proof and likely won't receive item prior to Christmas.

I placed an order on Nov. 28th. My order confirmation said to expect a preview in 5-6 days. It’s now Dec. 14th and no preview. I received a generic mass email 4 days ago to expect the preview in 2-4 days. Still haven’t received it. Very nervous if this gift will make it in time for Christmas. Although, the email said they’d expedite shipping, so hopefully. The website was easy to use, though. So 5 stars on website.
