Somehow I didn’t see that there were frames available to purchase. I texted and asked if it was too late to purchase a frame and was told it wasn’t too late and they would bill me for adding it. I just received an email saying my pic was on its way and it was too late for a frame. Perhaps the frame option could be placed more strategically. Hopefully I’ll be able to have it framed elsewhere. 🙁

I ordered 2 canvases in November for Christmas of my dog and my girlfriend's cat. I tried to get a digital download before Christmas when it was obvious I was not going to get them in time. They did send a digital download....on December 28th, so useless for Christmas. My artwork was delivered a week AFTER Christmas. One of the canvases was great and the other has 2 marks on it that I am working with customer service to get replaced. Hopefully this is successful.
I like the product but they obviously have communication and distribution issues. Perhaps they were not ready for the holiday demand.

Too late!
I placed my order on Dec. 2nd. This was a Christmas gift for my son who's dog recently passed away. Unfortunately, it arrived way too late to give as a Christmas gift. I understand all types of delivery services have been impacted by Covid, but I was promised delivery would be expedited at no additional charge. It wasn't shipped until Dec. 23rd, which explains why it didn't arrive until Jan. 8th. It would have been nice had the company been up front in their communication. I'd have rather known it would be late from the beginning, but instead I was stressed out about when it would finally arrive. Six weeks for delivery is too long!

Website review
Didn't feel the website was easy to upload a photo as it kept redirecting me so I had to log off and return multiple times. Next I was only able to choose 1 photo, there was no option for an alternate photo

Slow customer service response time
There was a lot of back and forth because I had to change the artwork. The messages were a few days in between so it wasn’t prompt to get done what I needed. The samples sent off the artwork were always way too small for me to even see if it was clear or not and the one dog I still feel wasnt clear. My mother in law loved it though, so I hope that means flaws were overlooked. The images were a lot smaller than I expected, too. It didn’t arrive in time before our trip and I had ordered it at least a month in advance. I wanted to change the address but before I could, theyd shipped it without a notification.
Overall it’s not terrible. Just underwhelmed my expectations.

I placed my order for 'The Highlander'…
I placed my order for 'The Highlander' canvas-order#411441. Did not see a place for framing and so ordered the frame separately. When, they emailed to confirm the canvas the order# changed so I had to email and correct the # which belonged to 'The Emperor'. It took more emails to "I hope??" get it right. I have confirmed the order and now have a third order number!! None of their responses to me showed that they understood and that my original order (411441) was the one being processed. In addition, I ordered the frame separately but the next day received a 10% off coupon for my second order--which I had already placed. The10%off should have applied to the frame but did not. I would have rated this lower but I am hopeful I get my order perfect as an end result- they must improve their communication or provide a phone number so difficulties can be cleared up with one call.

Artwork is nice
Let me say first that the finished product is very nice. I give the artwork 5 stars. But my overall experience wasn’t great. I can totally appreciate the holiday season is busy, but they don’t just sneak up on you. The uptick in orders should have been anticipated and better prepared for. It took days to get a response to email inquiries, my order dashboard stopped updating weeks ago, and it took over a month to receive my order. The first proof I got my dog’s head was literally floating and not even connected to the body, a mistake that should have been seen when editing the photo and that just further delayed my order processing. I think what I am most upset about is when I placed the order I was lead to believe the items would arrive before Christmas, they did not. But like I said the artwork turned out lovely. Just remember to order well in advance of the occasion you are gifting for.

Decent artwork, poor logistics.
While the quality of the artwork was good, the ordering process could be improved. I initially placed an order on December 7th for a Christmas gift for my step sister who lives in England. When I place the order, I was told that I would receive a proof of my artwork within 10 to 14 days due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. This is understandable; I was expecting a slowdown already.
Nearly 2 weeks passed, and I had not heard anything from Crown and Paw, save for the occasional marketing email. One of these emails contained details about a promotion that they were launching the week leading up to Christmas wherein if you ordered artwork, you would receive a free digital version of the print to give to the gift recipient so they have something to unwrap on Christmas day. Therein lies my issue: while I had not heard anything about my order, they were essentially telling people that if the ordered now they would be able to skip the queue and receive proofs and digital artwork before Christmas, before everyone that had already ordered.
I waited until Christmas Eve, foolishly thinking that I would hear something that week. When I had not heard anything, I reached out to support to inquire about the status of my order. on December 26th I received an email that the proof of my artwork was ready, so I went and accepted it. The following Monday support reply back simply stating that my request was about the status of my order, and that since I accepted the proof of my order, the issue was resolved. They also stated that my order would chip out soon. I replied back to the email stating my concerns discussed here, only to receive an automated message showing me how to track the status of my order. I have not heard anything regarding my frustration since. In the meantime, my sister received the artwork yesterday.
I Will not be ordering from them again, and I urge anyone who thinks about ordering from them to be wary, especially during holiday times.
