Put my order in on December second and it still hasn’t gone to print. Won’t get it in time for Christmas. Bad experience.

I ordered 2 paintings last year and they just never showed up--I reached out and someone responded asking for more information about the paintings, then they went silent and I never got any update on them. I decided to try again this year bc I love the idea, but have yet to have an update on the painting/ approval process. I totally understand holiday pressure and the fact it may take longer than I'd like, but there's just 0 communication and from past experience I don't trust that I'd get a response reaching out now. I’m just bummed by this experience.

Honestly, no idea what my buying experience is like. It's been a week since I placed my order and nothing has happened yet. It's the holidays so I understand they are backed up and there was a very clear warning on the website before you ordered. My problem is more the disinformation. You get an email saying things are delayed, then another that says you will get your preview in a few days. Then you are asked to review the buying experience before anything happens. I understand holiday delays, but stop asking me for things and sending automatic emails if you are delayed.

Made an order, but never received a confirmation email.

order has taken almost 3 weeks just to get an artist to send me a proof. 10 days before Xmas, no word from CS or anything. Doubtful I am getting this by xmas as it's a gift!!!!

This was supposed to be a gift for a family member after the passing of their most recent dog. Despite ordering at the end of November, I will have to sadly tell them that they will not get it in time for Christmas. The artwork I received was wonderful. However, there is a lack of communication on timescales. I understand that Covid and Coronavirus will play a part in delays, but it’s been over two weeks and still no word on it even going for print. Given shipping time too, I probably won’t get it for the New Year. In the grand scheme of things this is nothing, but after a tough year it’s disappointing. I wanted a portrait of my own dogs but now I will reconsider.

I have not received the proof yet for my order and it's been over a week. I received a message after making the order that I would receive a proof within 3 days and I have yet to hear from the company on the oder at all. I'm very much looking forward to seeing what it will look like but am a bit concerned that I'll receive anything at this point, especially since I've already paid.

It has been 10 days and my order has still not been sent to an artist. The picture was approved in one day.
