Order was canceled for some reason.

I’m very disappointed in Crown and Paw. I was so excited to have this portrait created for her Neace. Unfortunately, the art work I chose makes her puppy get lost in the background. When bringing this up when reviewing my art work, I was ignored and then given a “we can’t do that” with no solution and no help. It has been ten days after “approving” my art and there’s only been silence. I am very disappointed especially with the amount of money I spent. I will never use them again and will never recommend.

Artwork was great but they are very misleading/lying about how long it takes to get delivered.

I have uploaded 4 pictures and keep getting told none of them work. They won’t give me a refund on the order. The pictures I sent are clear pictures not sure why they won’t work. My dog is no longer with me so I can’t take a new picture. I asked simply if they have a number I can call so I can speak with someone and got a snotty reply saying no they don’t have a customer number because most customers prefer to send them chats. How would they know what customers would prefer if the customers only have the 1 option and I can guarantee customers would prefer a phone option

The birds beak was cut off at the end. Picture not centered. How did you miss this?!?! Too late to get a new one for Xmas. Keep your discounts, won't be using it.

Very poor experience, I would not recommend this company. Their product page says that the art preview will be ready in 1-2 days. The reality was 4 days. They also mention that shipping is 5-10 days but they told me after I had placed my order that it would take 14. Don't buy from them.

I was expecting a preview of the picture before I made the final purchase. So disappointed I’ve paid for something and if I don’t like how it looks. False advertising
