Its been 3 weeks I've received no information the tracker says it hasn't even been sent to an artist yet, I've reached out twice already looking for someone to just say yes there a delay but were working on it and have been meet with silence.

I bought a $100 canvas print on this site. The checkout process was terrible. They make you click through two pages of "special offers" before being able to submit your payment. This is an annoying business practice. I like what this site is doing, but the next time I'm spending money on this type of product, I will be actively seeking out a competitor in order to avoid the hassle of their checkout process.

My experience was dismal bc it appeared to me that several people working on my art work were not communicating. Perhaps, if this was not a Christmas gift and timing was important, I could be more accommodating, but it is clear to me now that the gift will not come in time and that is due to the disorganization of the staff

I am frustrated that you keep promising timelines to others that you haven’t kept to me. I ordered on dec 1 and it’s the 16 and there isn’t even a draft yet. At this point is should have shipped under your timeline. I will not order again as cute as they are you don’t respond to clients when they send emails and you don’t show accountability.

So far I am confused, I havent uploaded a photo yet, couldn't choose wich design I wanted. I Think I can do both trough the chat, but I'd rather just do it in the site. Also, I wanted to test the photo I upload a bit, so I won't be able to do that either. And last, the website keeps saying my order doesn't exist. But.... the result might be lovely and I'm glad you offered a digital download after all :)
