So far i'm not impressed. My order has been ready to ship for two weeks and it still hasn't shipped yet. Better figure something out or I'll be cancelling my order and expecting a refund in full. Figure it out!!!

Still revising and it still looks like a cropped photo head badly photoshopped onto a painting body. I'm not sure if my artist is a beginner but whoever is working on my 2 pets isn't anywhere as good as the examples.

Five days in. Still no sign of the artwork which I need to see before the product (Christmas seeater) is produced. When I emailed and asked over the weekend what the timeline was as I couldn’t track my order (it said order didn’t exist), I was told there was an IT related problem which meant the order hadn’t been picked up properly - clearly that error didn’t extend to not taking payment. Very disappointing so far. I am actually now thinking about reporting this to my card provider as a potential fraudulent retailer as you would have thought that they would seek to rectify the error asap.

This company is too slow on orders and does not respond to feedback.

I paid for it and never got anything after that. Tried tracking my order and says the order doesn’t exist…

Cant get any response or questions answered i asked. Now its to late to get these before christmas.

Why I like what I ordered, I’m very disappointed that I looked at an introduction offer and since my credit card information was saved.. an order was confirmed and placed. I find it hard to believe that I was the first to fall for this. I didn’t confirm the order or even selected the shipping method your system just took advantage and stole my money. And when I realized that a second order was placed mistakenly… your staff didn’t seem to care. This is how your company made me feel…. I could have been a great customer, but you dismissed my error and refused to make it right.
