Ordered this for a Christmas present for my son of his dog. Took nearly 2 months to be delivered, missed Christmas and his birthday, but he was very pleased with it. Rather overpriced though.

They keep pestering me for a review before I have the finished product. So far its been decent. Not super quick but not horribly slow. The process is a bit of a... well... process. I placed the order a week ago. Got the proof this morning. I approved the proof 12 hours ago and nothing has happened yet (as far as they have let me know). So far: not bad, but not amazing either. I'm happy enough with the proof but it isn't totally amazing. It's been a pretty middle of the road experience.

I found the website very easy to navigate to choose the items I wanted. The problem for me, was finding a good view of the actual picture my pet was going to be photo shopped into. There are so many examples at weird angles, various sizes with off-putting lighting, and with other people’s pets in front it was hard to see all the elements of the artwork. I would have preferred a clear, straight on picture of an entire canvas standardized across all designs to be able to compare. When I click on the artwork, THEN show me all the examples. I would also like the photos to show scale of the different sizes of canvas. Overall, very easy to navigate and choose options.

The end result product was excellent but the response time from customer service and delivery delays were poor. Didn't land in time for Xmas gift.

It was kind of easy the purchase process but I couldn't get the pic from another instagram account (because this is a gift), and, more relevant, it would be truly helpful to know, before the purchase, how long does it takes to get the first response. That way I could have ordered it with that extra time in mind and the gift would arrive in time.

I ordered a canvas from Crown and Paw on December 3rd and realized the same day that I probably should've ordered a phone case for my sister. The following day I ordered the phone case and asked that they both get shipped together as I had already paid for express shipping and faster service on the canvas. Both items were Christmas gifts so I was hoping to get the items before Christmas. Crown and Paw were quick to respond and assured me the items would get shipped together and refunded me the extra money I had spent on Express shipping for the phone case. Unfortunately the Canvas and the phone case did not arrive together and neither arrived until after Christmas. I received the canvas on January 4th and I was very happy with the quality and appearance. As I am writing this review on January 23, I have still not received the phone case that I ordered on December 4th, 2020. The last email correspondence I received in regards to the order was on January 12, and Crown and Paw basically said if you want to know when you package is arriving check the tracking. The last updated tracking (as of today Jan 23) advises that my package was in Chicago Illinois on January 15. I live in Toronto, Ontario and I have no idea when I will receive this phone case. I love the canvas that I received and my parents who received it as a gift found it hilarious but I would not recommend Crown and Paw if you expect to get your order withing a reasonable amount of time!

I tried to get discount code , you told me none available, then I see other did get it. Then you offer only AFTER i placed an order, kinda cheap of your company, I would use other language but it won't let me.

I‘ve already ordered twice from Crown & Paw. The first time I was happy with the picture but the shipping took much longer than planned (over a month shipping to Europe!). To be fair though, I have to mention that the first order was placed before Christmas. So I assumed that there would be delays due to high order volumes. The second order followed a few weeks after Christmas. This time I expected a faster delivery, but after almost two weeks, I haven't even received the review yet. Also I haven’t received an answer from customer service yet. The picture I‘ve ordered is supposed to be a gift but I have to expect that it won‘t arrive in time – even though I ordered it in time. Probably won't order from them again in the future – at least when I'm in a hurry.
