The last update of my order was 9 days ago. I still dont know if it has been sent or not. No answer to my emails. I know that these are complicated dates, but at least they should give more information about it. If I had known that it would take more than 3 weeks I would not have bought it

I ordered this the day after Thanksgiving and keep getting emails to review the product. Also,I get emails that say in 5-6 days I will be able to review the portrait with my pet picture. I have yet to receive anything to approve or any communication on the photo that I sent. I doubt this will be here for Christmas. Very disappointed.

I was very excited for my order; knowing that it would not arrive by Christmas was fine. It has been 11 days and I haven't seen a proof or anything. I'm starting to get anxious and am very disappointed in their customer service. I did receive a mass email that orders placed during the time I placed mine would take 4-6 days to see the proof. 11 seems like way too many!

Ordered and paid 10 days ago. Received nothing but further spam since. The website shows payment received and 'Quality Control passed' but nothing more. I understand this is busy time of year but when ordering it said I would receive the print for review within 9 days. This seems a long time anyway but we are now on day 10.
