Ordered something on November 27th. 2 revisions were done and confirmed quickly within a week or less. However, since then nothing has happened; the 'customer dashboard' just shows me that they expect to ship Dec 7-9th. Surprise, it is now the 14th and the item has neither been printed nor shipped, and I have gotten ZERO emails about this. Just daily marketing emails about how much other stuff I could be buying from them - fat chance!

You tried to charge me $10 fee for changing the costume it specifically says on the website that there is no additional fee for changing the costume that the work is 100% guaranteed an unlimited changes until the customer satisfied I have not received an email back now going on six days this is the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with and now I have to go to visa to dispute the problem because your company sucks

Honestly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s been two weeks with horrible customer service. Prob won’t get my gift in time for Christmas and they won’t get back to me in regards to my order. You really need to get your stuff together. I feel bad leaving this review but it’s the truth.

Buyer Beware. I don't recommend this product because they will not allow you to cancel if you do not like the picture after they send a photo to review. I don't think it is fair to now allow someone to cancel if Crown & Paw has not yet printed and mailed the picture.

Not a happy customer. I found the website difficult to use and the lack of customer service is appalling. The art preview was awful and the “fix” was even worse. All in all this was a horrible experience
