everything was great, but tried to order from "personal list", but did not allow the coupon to be entered for Holday21 discount... so ordered thru main menu which did allow discount and cost less.

Overall, I think your website is very easy to navigate and use. However, I think there could be some improvements to sorting and navigation. For instance, puzzles aren't listed under the homepage "Item Type" list menu, so it was hard to look for them at first search. Also, it would be really helpful if, after you selected an illustration style, you could see what other products are available in that style. In addition, you can't sort through products based on price, which is always annoying.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered a canvas ofour 3 dogs and art work excellent. Slightly disappointed that there were no clips on the back to be able to hang it tho.

I like the ordering process, it's very easy..I didn't give 5 stars because it seems like the process is slow and I'm not getting updates as much as I would like...I sent an email asking about my order and I did not get a response..I ordered around Nov 11, 2021 and it still isn't at the printers..

Great concept, great options. This is my fourth purchase from C&P. I just think it should be more clearly stated that more than one photo or costume change is $10 each. And you shouldn't have to reach out to customer service 3 times AFTER confirming the fee was no problem just to get confirmation back they would change it. Otherwise, I love you guys. I'm sure I'll be back.
