Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Still a slow process.

Finding the photo on my phone was the hardest part, but otherwise a good experience. Can't wait to see the end results

Great site! I just wish there was a quick preview, to decide if I like the picture of my pet with the outfit I chose. I understand an artist has to put it together but an unfinished preview might be helpful. I sort of feel like I’m blindly ordering a great gift with hopes for the best

I got this as a gift and it’s the coolest gift ever

Overall I'm very excited to receive my order. The photos are adorable! I have two orders, but the website will only let me view one of them. There isn't a field to enter a different order number. Also, I would like more options for brighter options. Most choices have very dark colors. Also, would love a choice with 4 people that doesn't look like Mom, Dad and 2 children.

Easy to use website. I wish it were easier to toggle through pages, but it wasn't a difficult process.

Very easy to use. If I had to give feedback for minor improvements it would be 1. Additional costs like VAT and shipping should really be clear from the start 2. A preview option would be amazing and you would be sure you picked the right scene/character

My only complaint is the inability to get anyone from customer service to respond to my emails.
