I placed an order. I was asked to send a better photo to use which I did. I haven’t heard from anyone if the replacement photo will work or if my project is even going to happen. I’ve emailed twice without a reply.

I've used this service before and they do a great job. I ordered on Dec 6, knowing it won't be here by Xmas is remarkably disappointing.

Ordered this poster to be made nearly 3 weeks ago and on express delivery to arrive in time for Christmas, and it still hasn't even been sent to the artist for approval to made! Very poor/slow service considering extra has been spent to ensure arrival before a set date!

I placed my order and received my order in a timely fashion. The graphic is amazing. However, they placed the backing upside down in the picture ! I have attempted several times to connect with their customer service - that is only through a form or email or social media - NO RESPONSE at all. Only once they asked to provide information in Instagram and NO RESPONSE except one to ask for my info and then nothing! This is a gift and now I’m stuck with a backwards picture!!!

It’s been 14 days since submitting my order and it hasn’t been sent to an artist yet. Understandably, they must be extremely overwhelmed with orders. I’ve been patient and overly optimistic due to being assured that order will arrive by Christmas with two different emails. With Christmas being 6 days away, I’m not thinking there’s no way an artist can create the work, print it, and send it in time for Christmas. I’m disappointed that I’ll have to go out and get a different gift for Christmas. I wish I knew this a week ago so I could plan an appropriate gift as a replacement.

***UPDATE 1/2/21 I still haven’t received my canvas, but have heard from Crown & Paw. They did hear my request they refund my $10 for the digital download in which I have the refund and the access to the digital download. They also have me a $25 credit for a future purchase. Bottom line, I think I’m going to love the product, but don’t expect it in a timely manner. I changed my rating from 1 stars to 2 since I finally heard from Crown & Paw a week ago and they seem to be trying, just overextended themselves. ORIGINAL POST: I ordered on 12/1/20. It is now 12/19/20. I got an email 12/8/20 stating I’d have a proof within a few days if I hadn’t gotten it already. Still no proof and no communication at all since. I emailed the company 12/17/20, but no response yet. I’m patient. It’s a pandemic. I get it. It’s the poor communication that is the worst. My sister wanted to buy a canvas print of her dog. I told her about my experience. She bought one for MUCH less from Etsy. And she got a proof already and the product is on the way. Wish I went that route. I hope Crown and Paw isn’t a scam.

I was asked multiple times for a review before I got a email giving me a status update of my purchase. Well its been more than 2 weeks since my purchase and still no update. I am giving a 2 star review because they took my money in a few minutes, so I guess that is fast but everything else is poor.
