After placing an order on November 26th, I waited patiently for a preview that was promised in the confirmation emails (one said a preview would be providing in a few days, the other said 12 days..). Over 2 weeks come and go and I start searching my email for an update. I see I can check the customer dashboard and attempt to enter my order number and email - the login attempt fails and says my order number doesn't exist. I put on an inquiry and haven't heard anything back and hope I can get a refund as I'm very doubtful I'm going to be getting this item before Christmas.

I purchased a portrait nearly a month ago and have been trying to get in contact with the customer service because I have yet to receive my art preview which was stated that I should have received it within 10-14 days. No one will respond to any of my messages or emails. I do not recommend this business.

The so-called 'approvals' process is not fit for purpose. Hidden amongst the daily Crown and Paw marketing emails you may or may not notice an email asking you to 'approve' the artwork. If you don't happen to see it, or it ends up in your junk folder, they will 'approve' it for you. Obviously this is a major problem when they have decided to remove all of your pet's whiskers (very much unlike the examples on the website) leaving your pet looking unrecognisable. This step is missing from the body of the website (although it is hidden in the FAQs). I contacted them via email and they agreed to fix the image. However since then NINE days have passed and they are now claiming they need to 'locate my order' before an artist can redo the image. Obviously I have not received my item yet so cannot comment on the quality. I'm not clear why, or if I can expect my item before Christmas. Frankly it hasn't been worth the hassle. What is particularly galling is the continued daily emails with headlines such as "We don't stop until it's perfect 🤩"

Dishonest about the time it takes to finish your work

I have been trying to contact someone, anyone all week. Please contact me - my order is still not registered in the system and I need to change my shipping address.

You use dishonest wording to lure in customers and bait and switch them, claiming to give unlimited revisions but charge when customers want photos changes. Then you claim the wording is specific to your type of business. Then you take over a week to respond when trying to reach you after agreeing to the charge because I want it done and can't get a refund anyways. Ridiculous. Used you before, won't use you after this.

Your communication is awful. You say you will get back to me in 24 hours but this does not happen. I’m still waiting to hear back and it’s been 2 days. My first email also took two days to get a response. My order is just sitting there and I still need to make revisions. There is no number to call for assistance. It’s all done through email and no one responds!!!! I’m not impressed!
