The pet portraits were very cute and will be a big hit at Christmas! A great idea for a personal gift!

Quick response and follow up, not enthused with the background color. I asked that to be changed and got the same color just lighter on one side. But overall I'm happy with the look, I'll see what the final print looks like.

I do not actually have the product yet to rate the item. But, the process was simple and we LOVE the mock-up ! I know this will be the #1 gift this year!

My first order was a bit frustrating as I could not preview my picture. I contacted support and Jiro provided me with the information I was needing. Everything after that was smooth sailing. My picture is wonderful!! It is a gift for my son and I know he will love it!!

Looks to be a great fun company to work with. Seems there might be some more fun things they could do for pictures and such, thus the reason for 4 stars. Good stuff though. Easy to choose through the website.

The website is really easy to use! Would be nice to see a review of the picture once the photo has been uploaded but I guess it will be a nice surprise once the order has been received.

Getting the right picture was the hardest part. Then a few minor adjustements and it was good. I'd wish though that I could add an image to my comments and instructions because it was sometimes difficult to verbalise what I wanted.
