Good quality, late shipping
Pros: Really good photoshop work, really good quality of the frame and product. Cons: Quite late, they ship from the US and took 1 month and a half to arrive to Europe. Maybe having a manufacturing place in Europe could help.

Read the fine print!
I ended up cancelling my order from Crown & Paw because the picture I uploaded was not a high enough quality to make a good portrait. I'm totally aware that this was a me-issue, but what is frustrating about the situation is that the fine print is not well-communicated. The head of your pet is literally photoshopped onto a portrait body, so the picture has to be very clear, or it will look awful, like my sample picture did. I cancelled the item, because I would not be able to get a better picture without ruining the surprise, but my refund was docked $10 due to the work C&P had already done to create my sample. Again, that was a me-issue and I can accept paying for the work that someone had to do to make my sample product, but the information was not upfront. Charging customers for the work an employee has already done is fair; but obscuring the process by which the product is made, and then leaving the customer with a fee because of it, is not fair.

Artist did a very good job or replicating our dog however when edits were sent back, very minimal changes were made. In the end I accepted that it would not get any better and hoped ‘the real thing’ would look better when delivered. Upon receipt of the canvas, our dogs image was still blurry and looked very ‘superimposed’ despite sending feedback stating that the image appeared blurring in the preview. I am rather disappointed as this is a gift and the finished product does not look as expensive as the product really was. The canvas I was sent is no where near the quality advertised on the website. Very dissatisfied.

Limited choice, used on a mobile phone and found it frustrating. Hard to place second order.

Need more upload slots
I would greatly like the ability to post more than one picture. I feel like multiple angles and pictures would help make the product better, but the site only allows 1 upload

The product line seemed easy to…
The product line seemed easy to navigate, it is pricey for what you get, but a fun niche line up. Though, the free shipping did not work over a $100 value unless you bought a $100 worth of product, not including digital downloads or gift cards. So I ended up paying for shipping even though my items were $99.99... Frustrating design.

Great product, terrible customer service
Such a great product. I am still in the process so I haven’t received it yet, but the product just seems so unique and great. But, the customer service sucks. They only handle messages, no calls. And it seems like someone vaguely skims the messages because I have had to repeat my revision requests three times already. The first draft of the artwork is pretty fast (within a day or so) but every subsequent edit takes much longer (six days in my experience). Crown & Paw claims you get unlimited revision requests but when it takes a week to complete one and it isn’t what you described, it can be frustrating. I imagine many order this product as a gift so there is a time restraint.

I placed an order 10 days ago and still no sign of a proof. We’ve missed the birthday it was for. Disappointing After re-reading the terms, it is fairly clear you need to allow about 3 weeks for your order. That's ok, but if ordering for a special occasion, be aware and allow plenty of time.
