Took much longer than expected to ship.

9-10 day turnaround for initial creative review should have been clearly stated upfront. Ordered on the 11th in hopes of arriving for Christmas but looks like that won't be happening :(

Understandable that we are in a high peak order time. Even received an email addressing there was a delay in some orders but would be able to proof to finalize orders in a certain amount of days. I have placed in an order on Dec 9th, waited for a proof, still to receive. Emailed customer service, still no response. Have checked order status on website, still stuck in first step. No further communication from company.

I have gotten almost ten spam emails from you before any updates about the order I already placed have even come through.

Ordered online Dec 4th. Still no confirmation, no response to my email, and package hasn’t sent. Need a big miracle for it to be here by Christmas. 😞

UPDATE: a rendering has been completed and approved. The dashboard (which is useful) shows that it has not shipped yet. It is also asking if I want to buy the digital piece (which I already did at the time of my original order). Stay tuned. The artwork looks awesome. The process is shaky. I am blaming covid. Otherwise, making progress! Its a challenge to offer a review when I haven’t gotten anything to even look at. The communication says an artist will be in touch within 3 days to review the rendering. I placed my order on the 11th and the only progress is the photo was approved. It has not moved in the queue. So I am assuming I will not get this for Christmas. I sent an inquiry asking the status. It would be nice to at least have the rendering in time to show the gift to my parents. Pretty bummed. Happy to update if I get some progress.

I ordered a print 12/1 and still have not received the digital review :( It’s disheartening to continually receive emails for “special offers “ when they can’t seem to complete the ordered they currently have.

I have not been able to see a preview of what I paid for.
