Not happy with the end product
Not happy with the end product. They did a poor job with the physical structure and positioning of the head of my pet. I followed up and no response from the team. Very disappointed.

I have tried every method of communication you have and you co tinge to fail to respond to me. When I ordered you advised shipping by the 12th. On the 16th, today, it still hasn't been printed and I cannot get an update from anyone at all. I'm just so glad I purchased through PayPal so I can reclaim!

I ordered what would have been the perfect Christmas present for my sister in loving memory of her dogs who sadly passed away. As a way of ensuring this arrived on time for Christmas, I ordered this on the 13th of November with the 'queue jump' delivery option. With this option it should have arrived no later than 15 days after purchase, however it took a week just to get the artwork through which means paying the extra price for queue jump was pointless. Given I leave on the 17th of December, I emailed their customer support on the 12th of December to see if they could track the shipment as the DHL tracking system had been saying 'en route to destination country' for the best part of the week with no explanation of why it was being delayed. I also outlined my situation and requested them to change the delivery address to the address I would be at from the 17th December. The response I received was extremely lack-lustre and did not answer the questions I asked, nor address my concerns that it would not arrive on time. This led me to enter frustrating back and forth email correspondence with the customer support team, who later claimed they could not change the delivery address and instead told me to contact the UK courier (Hermes). From a quick search on Hermes' website, it is abundantly clear that they do not allow the receiver to change the delivery address. Instead they say the sender must do this, which I relayed to Crown and Paw with screenshot evidence. As of the 16th of December, the parcel has just been picked up by the UK courier and isn't even on its way to the local depot, never mind being delivered to the current delivery address. Crown and Paw are taking no responsibility for this and have not as of yet (16th December) replied to my most recent emails saying that they must be the ones to contact Hermes to change the delivery address. I even outlined the steps they should take to do this so that they did not have to put any effort into this endeavour. If this product was much cheaper, the delivery fee was cheaper and I also hadn't opted for the queue-jump delivery option, I wouldn't be as outraged (though I would still complain to the customer service); however, I paid nigh on £100 in total for this sub-par service. The whole ordeal has given me a great deal of stress and grief, which has been evident in my email correspondence, and yet their customer service has not even done the bare minimum to help nor offer me any kind of compensation. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

Why would you send me a review when I haven’t even received any information on my order. I was billed for it with no problem. I can’t even research my order, when I put my order number in, it tells me it doesn’t exist. I can’t give an excellent review for something I haven’t received. I sent an email today about my order which I’m waiting for a response.

So far disappointed. Order Two things in November one has been lost in transit and they haven't sent another one out yet which means it won't be here by Christmas. The other order a Christmas sweater was also "shipped" but in reality they just printed the label and have yet to actually ship it. Also probably won't be here by Christmas which is disappointing since it's meant for Christmas. Unless they fix their turn around time I would not recommend. Will update review if I receive my order on quality of product.

I have been waiting 2 and a half weeks to get a preview for my art so it can be made. I've received instead about 10 promotional emails for discounts on future purchase and about 5 emails to rate my service but nothing on the actual order I made. When I go to the website to check the status of my order, it says it does not exist.

Ordered two renaissance cat pictures and received two pictures of cats in diapers. Absolute scammers.

My item was rerouted and sat at a facility for almost a week without an update on status. I attempted to contact Crown & Paw multiple times, to no avail.
