I ordered a gift card and didn't have the option to send it to the gift recipient. Then I got an email containing the card and had the option to print it, but when I printed it, the card (actually the gift card number) was too big to fit on the printed card (it was partly cut off). It wouldn't have been valid like that.

As much as the work that you deliver is overly satisfying, brilliantly crafted and original...it is absolutely absurd that a company of your magnitude and stature does not offer a customer service representative line. I am 40 years old and can easily navigate the Internet but I would assume in fact I’m certain that not putting simply a couple people on staff to take phone calls and help maybe somebody who is elderly and would love to have something like this (augmenting your business) but is having trouble for instance / for example uploading a picture or anything which requires a tiny bit of help and as a result may wind up not placing an order with your company is absolutely absurd. Additionally once you place the order as per my past experience it becomes nerve-wrecking not being able to put your finger on when something will be delivered especially if it’s a gift or for special occasions again having a customer service line which I can safely say 99.9% of companies do have would make you as a company A 5 star company rather than a 3 star such as my rating. Thank you very much for the great work you do! I surely hope you’re taking into consideration my suggestion and I’m sure that I’m not the first person who mentions this issue/topic. If it wasn’t for that you would receive undoubtably 5 stars across-the-board. Best, David 🙂🐾

I love the product but it was expensive.

It should be made clear that, even though the prices are displayed in your location's currency - they will be charged in dollars.

I ordered this because I Received an email saying that if I bought one the second one would be free. I placed the order and At no point during the transaction did I see where I could order a second one for free. I may have read the email wrong and if I did I apologize for not giving Crown and Paw 5 stars.

For the most part I’m satisfied BUT I will say it was a bit of work to get here. I had revisions which stalled the process a bit more than I anticipated. The customer service was good but I’m docking two starts for the following reason; first is I felt like a bit more “common sense” could have went into the initial revisions. Lighting with the eyes on one was noted by me but they did allow a costume change on another which really worked out well. There wasn’t an option to upload more than one picture and I feel like if you don’t pick the right angle that they aren’t willing to contour the angle of the dog with the background. Although the angles worked out I feel like there should be more options to really get the angles you want/look best. Also (second), two of the three photos (I selected the biggest options) look blurry up close. Looking at the proofs, I can see now where that could be an issue with blowing a picture up but I also feel like there is software out there now to fix it. It looks fine from a far but when you get up a bit closer it’s noticeable. Improve these things and I would give 5 out of 5. Oh, also, one of the hangers came upside down....again, not a huge deal but EASY to do correct. These are Valentine’s Day gifts and my fiancé was happy so overall I’m satisfied.
