Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Late on getting a review picture for me. Also, I needed revisions done, and the company just kept sending me the same picture for approval without the required revisions. This happened 4 times and I still haven't gotten a picture with the required revisions.

Ordered in November and it is now December 21st and my order still says “Sent to Artist”. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it’s not looking good! Estimated time on each step of the process has been exceeded. Wishing I could get a full refund now.

I’m sure I’ll update this review once I see my art piece but I feel like communication with Crown and Paw is pretty limited. I got an email saying, hey it’s Christmas and we’re busy but you should be getting an email review your artwork in a week. Since then, 0 updates. My piece has finally been sent to the artist but there’s no update or even estimated time until shipping. I wasn’t holding my breath that it would get here before Christmas but I at least thought I’d be updated on an estimated time.

I was so excited to have you all create this gift for me, however it has been almost three weeks and I still haven’t received a proof, which I was told I would receive in 4-6 days. I have made every effort to contact someone about my gift, only to be met by automated emails. 3 weeks and still no proof which means I will not be receiving it by 1/6- my fathers birthday. It is really disappointing, cause there are a bunch of companies that do something like this, and I chose yours.

Love the idea, but the execution and communication from the company is sub par. I ordered a print and paid the additional fee to jump the cue, but after a week my artwork still hadn’t been sent to an artist. No response yet from the company after submitting an inquiry.

I was going to wait until I got my order to submit a review but I’m not sure I’ll ever get it at this point. Ordering was pleasant and the site was easy to use. However, it’s been 17 days and I still haven’t gotten a proof to approve. I’ve sent two email asking for an update ( after receiving an email request to review my experience) and have got nothing back, although I continue to receive daily email incentives to order again or document the unboxing or leave a review of my experience. I’m not one to leave a bad review about anything (except chocolate chip I cream that had zero chocolate chips) so, the fact that I’m taking the time to share a negative review is pretty telling. This is the main Christmas gift for my 13 year old son and we’re just a couple of days away from the big day so I’m hoping to at least have a proof that I can print and give in a card. We shall see.

Taken a long time for the review for

When purchased your site stated I would receive in time for Christmas. As of this evening it still shows the status as waiting for an artist, which tells me it will not be delivered in time now. Had I known your real lead times I would have taken my business elsewhere. I even paid for quick ship...
