I was sent the wrong artwork preview
I was sent the wrong artwork preview at first (sent on Mar 20), then didn't receive the correct artwork for me to approve until Mar 26. It seems this delay will push me out of the 1-2 week window that I payed extra for. The portrait looks fine, it's what I wanted, but receiving the wrong artwork and having the whole process delayed 6 days is a little disappointing.

Unhelpful service
I asked for a revision twice and there was nothing actually revised on the portrait both times so I gave up and just approved the portrait. I offered to provide additional photos but no one personally reached out to me to obtain them.

One good, one disappointing
I ordered two portraits. I was pleased with one and dissatisfied with the other. I had requested an update to one to make the cat look bigger as my Earl was a hefty guy, but that was categorized as a major costume change and declined by the artist. I tried to submit additional revisions but that option was greyed out for me. It looks like they may have already shipped the artwork. This is particularly disappointing because the portrait is of my cat who just passed away two days ago, and it really does not do him justice. I will not be ordering from Crown and Paw again.

Could be a easier way to see all the options available and have a separate gallery, I found it a bit of a pain searching through previous examples - would have preferred a simple image for each theme to help select.

The website needs better navigation
The website needs better navigation. The pages are long and tedious. And going back to another item you have to roll back page by page. Ugh. Frustrating.

Process improvements possible
It would be better if I could see a preliminary view of the portrait, using the photo I have chosen. It would also be better if it was made clear how and when reviews/revisions occur, prior to paying. I'm still unclear as to if/how I will get to review before it's actually created, even though the site mentions reviewing it. My first acknowledgment email should have opened with something akin to "expect an email with a review in 24 hours," or whatnot.
