International Delivery is a JOKE
My order was dispatched at the beginning of November 2020 and it’s now 21 December 2020! The tracking information supplied shows it going from California>New York>Jamaica>New York>Bermuda>New York>Jamaica and now its heading back to New York... the package is destined to the UK.... not hard...
Will it ever get across the Atlantic? Who knows....

Advertising product while knowing about…
Advertising product while knowing about existing delays - I am up for supporting local business as much as the next guy, but when a business decides to advertise their product during a holiday period knowing full-well that they are likely to have delays/that products will not be ready within their standard timeframes (and this isn't made immediately clear on advertising and again at checkout) then I find that to be slightly disingenuous. I also haven't received any 'your order is delayed' updates personalised to me or my purchase, but I have received around 10 x CRM marketing emails. Looks like you guys have a brilliant product but unfortunately it appears that acquisition has been prioritised over a great first-time experience.

Very very long wait times
I cannot speak for the quality of their canvases, as we’re coming up on a month and it is still in the ‘sent to print’ stage. However, they keep sending me emails to review my experience, so I suppose I will. Unfortunately, at this point, I cannot recommend Crown & Paw. It is a simple purchase and easy to upload photos, however, once purchased, there is little to no communication, unless you count the endless spam emails they send trying to get you to purchase more. It took 17 days before my artwork was ready to approve, even though I paid extra to jump the queue. Their site stated 5-6 days at purchase time but they have since updated their site to say 10-14 during busy times, without mention of jumping queue. I did ask for one revision, which they warn on their site will add to production time. 4 days later I received my revision and approved it. It has been waiting to print since that time. While I do understand the added pressures during the Christmas season, I would have expected a little more information on wether my print, specifically, will make it to the recipient by Christmas (which is 4 days away). Also, there is not any communication between the buyer and the artist. I asked for a revision and then decided part of what I asked wasn’t necessary. There was no way to change what I’d submitted or send another. The website warns that it can take days to receive a response via email, so I just let it go. The times listed on their site, even after they revised them to show longer wait times, have not been true for my experience. I would not order from them again unless I was prepared to order months in advance, even so, I’ll likely look elsewhere as I’ve lost faith in their business practices. I will update my review if it miraculously makes it by Christmas. If their promise of a Christmas delivery is made, obviously that would change my opinion of Crown & Paw for the better.

Two weeks after order, still no info
I paid $19 for expedited shipping and “line queue jumping” to expedite my order, in addition to $10 for the digital proof. When I placed my order it stated 4-6 days to render the proof, then 3-5 days to receive. After two weeks, I still haven’t even received a digital proof. No customer service number to call, only email and wait three days for a response. No idea when I’ll receive my order, no info other than to say “be patient”. Maybe I’ll love the product when we receive it, but for now, I can only go on the single interaction I’ve had with an email address.

Nothing is clear about the process
I placed an order on Nov25 and paid for shipping fee. I was hoping it will arrive before Christmas. But I never received any email about previewing the artwork. Things seem to be so complicated and i’m so confused now that it might not be able to be delivered before Christmas. I’m frustrated with the service and customer service. Nothing is clear.

Took way too long
Understand that Christmas is a rough time to order online, but ordering in the first few days of December and the order still not being shipped with 3 days left to Christmas is a little ridiculous. Even paid extra for skipping the line and expedited shipping but it seems to have been a waste of money.

My order has been submitted for 3…
My order has been submitted for 3 weeks. I was told I'd get an update 5-6 days after purchase, but there has been no update emails and the 'check status' feature on my order shows it is still sitting in the first phase of the process. With no phone number provided to contact them, I emailed asking for an update and haven't heard back. Website originally told me i'd have the order in 3-4 weeks, and 3 weeks in I haven't heard anything on the status.
