Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Artist spent no time lining up placement of head or to color match anything. Looked amateur and cheap. Canceled my order after 4 revisions. Crap service and care

Slow and haven’t received the right size I originally ordered.

Revisions weren’t made that i requested and now won’t be possible until after Christmas

Have had multiple revisions and still no final product so clearly I will not be receiving This by Christmas AND it was all wrong to begin with. Not sure why you ask for information to be typed in when you don’t read it.

Order has not arrived and is late.

It said it would let me preview my order before placing it. I tried to preview and I had to order wo knowing what I will get. I’m like to preview before paying!

I am beyond disappointed with Crown and Paw. I placed an order well before the Christmas shipping deadline. A week and a half after placing the order I still had not heard anything regarding my order from Crown and Paw. I reached out to them multiple times and did not hear back in a timely manner. Their website says that you should get a proof of your artwork within 2-3 days of ordering and that they will respond to customer support concerns within 24 hours- neither of these are true. I will never order from this site again because of the frustration it has caused after spending a considerable amount of money here. I do not recommend if you hope to receive a gift by a deadline.

This was supposed to be hand painted! Not photo shopped. I'm very pissed. You guys are false advertising
